Hi all,

Ed posted this on NSWR and has mentioned it a couple of times as being a great ride with a lot of bikes.

Anyone interested in going along? Thought it might be good as a club ride sort of thing.

Ed I'm not sure what the procedure is and possibly at this late stage accommodation may be difficult.

If there is any interest in going as a group please let me know and will look into it further.

I would be keen and maybe even add an extra day either side depending on work.

I don't know the road they are taking but their rides are always well organised and I'm sure will be fun.

Anyone interested say so and will organise a meeting point somewhere

Ride routes/Mapping sites

I Just came across this interactive link for ride routes that you may find useful. Worth a look:

http://www.motowhere.com/maps/route/Fires-Creek-Winery-Holgate

Go to the LHS text box, about half way down to the right you'll find some directional keys that will let you scroll through various way points on the map explaining road conditions and other valuable content.

I came across it from this site, which has heaps more routes already planned:

Overnight ride to Temora- When ?

http://www.aviationmuseum.com.au/news/FlyingDates.cfm

The above museum is about 450 kms from Sydney. They hold museum open days with flying displays. There is an event on the 11/12th April and the following one is 6/7th June. Held bi-monthly.

Is there any interest in holding an overnight ride to Temora to one of these events. April is probably too soon for me. But I was just curious if this appeals to you. Good cruiser ride. I would guess we'd have to book accomodation well in advance.
